Ido, Thanks for posting the first workout. The instructions are very detailed and should be easy to follow with the great videos. I already know it won't be as easy as you make it look, though! One question I have is how you recommend combining these workouts with other physical efforts, such as strength training, conditioning work, sports etc. I do only 2 exercises and strength train 30 min a day on average these days. With so much interest and pleasure devoted to various movement projects and furthering my vocabulary, control, familiarity and practice, I simply don't have the time anymore.
